Shipping of most orders under 120lbs. will be via USPS or FedEx depending on the item(s) purchased. Orders are usually shipped within three to five days following payment clearance.
Large or oversized items that require pallets will ship via LTL freight. We use multiple carriers for freight orders and select the best option after cost comparisons. If you require any mode of shipping other than the standard service, such as expedited shipping, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Large or oversized shipments require a loading dock or forklift use. A liftgate truck will be contracted unless the customer specifies no liftgate / forklift needed when an order is submitted. In such case, the customer is responsible for unloading the shipment from the carrier. An option to avoid the liftgate fee is to choose an address which has a dock or forklift, or you may choose to have your order left at a local freight terminal for pick up. Once your order has been shipped or picked up by the carrier, delivery time is typically up to seven days, depending on order size, weight, carrier used, and distance from our location.
Shipping information and tracking numbers for orders are e-mailed to customers when items have shipped.
